Health ServiceCentre Bad Füssing: biovital®BewegungsParcours
Continuous movement activities and physical training are counted among the most important factors to boost health and well-being. With the biovital®BewegungsParcours we offer you yet another effective movement exercise. The construction, which was built in a special atmosphere and natural ambience, is a mixture of open air gym, “playground for adults” and experience park.
The quintessences of the constitution are four pavilions with equipment dedicated to different exercises:
Power, endurance, mobility and coordination.
The biovital®BewegungsParcours is created for people who…
- were recommended or prescribed exercise or therapeutic measures.
- are interested in sports or fitness.
- want to be active in a different fashion in the context of a recreational and regenerative stay.
The Gesundheit ServiceCenter offers free training courses with instructions by trained therapists. These courses take place on:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
(only after registrating at the Gesundheit ServiceCenter)
Wednesdays & Fridays: 9:30 am - 10:30 am
(possible without registration at the Gesundheit ServiceCenter)
Please register early, as classes will be conducted in small groups (max. 15 persons).
